Charles Country Pan Fried Chicken

I love Charles’ Country Pan Fried Chicken in Harlem. It’s about an hour train ride from Brooklyn but totally worth it because you can pay just $16 or so for all-you-can-eat. That’s right, ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT. It’s all-you-can-eat fried chicken and all the sides.

The fried chicken is juicy, crispy and flavorful. It’s not greasy at all and doesn’t make you feel disgusted even after you have eaten 11 pieces. Though some people have told me that the chicken was just alright. I usually go when he opens at noon when the chicken is just done frying. He does fry up a bunch and store inside a hot glass case, so definitely if you go later the quality of the chicken isn't going to be the same.
