Momofuku Noodle Bar

What better way to spend 4th of July? I, along with 7 of my friends, had a 2 hour lunch at Momofuku Noodle Bar in the East Village for their fried chicken meal. Why 4th of July? Well because it was the only time I was able to get a reservation for this large meal. Yeah, wait till everyone got out of the city to go.

For the meal, you get 2 whole fried chickens, one in southern style with Old Bay seasoning and one in Korean (thrice fried) style. Comes with moo shu pancakes, 4 dipping sauces and a bowl of veggies that included lettuce leaves, basil, peppers, carrots and radishes.
